What To Do When Everything Is Falling Apart

Happy New Year!

Have you been feeling the intense cosmic energies of this past week?

There was an alignment of 2 planets (Saturn & Pluto) of karma and transformation this Sunday January 12 which hasn’t happened years. And it’s been called a, “foundation-shaking cosmic event,” where lots of important structures in our lives are being torn apart.

Yikes.

On the ego level this feels like a VERY difficult time, but on a soul level, things are aligning into perfect order.

In this video I share with you tips to help you through this tough time!

During this time we are being asked to face and confront deeper issues in our lives. For some these stirrups started around winter solstice time which was on December 21. There have been many relationships falling apart, solid business deals breaking, jobs and families separating.

People are experiencing trauma on all different levels and they don’t know what to do with themselves or how to handle any of it.

So if you’ve been feeling a little CRAY CRAY – you’re NOT alone!

The good news is that there will be massive transformations, shifts, and lessons we will have the opportunity to embrace… but how do we get through the current overwhelming STORM?

You must TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.

Here are some tips to help you during the turbulence you might be experiencing on the inside and outside:

Tip #1: Say kind things to yourself.
During these overwhelming times you are likely having negative chatter going on in the back of your mind. Criticizing yourself, getting angry at yourself, getting frustrated at everything around you. This is the moment more than ever you need to hear kind things. Be that kind person to yourself that you would be to a good friend who’s going through a difficult time.


Tip #2: Honor your feelings.
You may be feeling a lot of intense emotions. Start by identifying what you’re feeling. This helps bring a sense of control back when you know what’s going on. Once you know what’s going on, honor what you feel you need. If you had plans before but now can barely get out of bed, or are in no mood to see anyone, do what feels best for you. This is your life, your health and sanity on the line. Give yourself what you need.

Tip #3: Spend quiet time with yourself.
Create white space to have time to sort through your thoughts, your life, your choices. If it’s awkward for you to sit and stare into space while you sort through your thoughts (which I totally do lol) then take a pen and paper and free write. Quiet time helps you get clarity, intuitive insights, and peace.

Practicing these tips will help you maintain a level of sanity as you go through the madness.

Slowly the pain of these transitions will ease up and the lessons that emerge will help you build the foundation for this next decade and years to come.

This planetary alignment is opening up the light for new beginnings and destroying what is no longer aligned. I read that that this alignment will help develop inner focus, determination, and courage. And as I tune into those words, I know in my body that I could use all 3 of those things times 3.
