The reason work/life balance is not a myth is because there is another way, an easier way than you are doing it now. Exhaustion, burnout, stress doesn’t have to be the norm.
Your life is SO much more than the stress that you feel clouded by. It is my personal mission to equip professionals with the wellness tools that we were never taught in school and why I wrote my book, The Self-Care Habit.
I guide my clients in transforming their relationship with stress they can have greater ease in their daily lives. My contribution to the world is to help you recognize your own hidden stressors, develop a sustainable self-care practice, and live a life of emotional freedom (basically less stress rollercoasters that feel out of control).
At age 20, I experienced a half-paralyzed face due to stress. The wild thing is – I didn’t even KNOW I was stressed (many of my clients don’t realize it either)! Stress has become such a NORMAL part of our every day that we don’t even recognize when it’s present. Don’t let a crisis be the reason you start to pay attention.
Battling my own years of depression, burnout, and unfulfillment I sought tools to help me crawl out of the deep hole I was in. Now it is my personal mission to help as many career women as I can to find balance and fulfilment in their lives.

Aditi is the author of The Self-Care Habit and is a Master Certified Life Coach trained at The Life Coach School, a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and has worked at a top 4 consulting firm for over 6 years doing project management, change management, and communications. She has a Masters’s degree in Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and has held various leadership positions in educational institutions, nonprofits, and private sector companies for over 14 years. In the healing space, she has a Angel Reiki II Certification and has worked under a Shaman for over 10 years with psychedelic medicines, learning emotional intelligence and universal principles of healing.
